Ambassador Cars operates transportation services for several local boroughs, supporting their requirements for adult and social care, as well as school run transport.

We actively plan and manage educational transport for eligible pupils and students, in full alignment with Ambassador Cars’ policies. Our primary objective is to enhance service efficiency and cost-effectiveness, while placing a strong emphasis on passenger safety, comfort, and equality. This includes careful coordination of routes and schedules to ensure timely, dependable journeys.

We take a proactive approach to accommodating the diverse needs of our passengers, ensuring equitable access and a pleasant travel experience for every student. Safety remains our highest priority, with robust procedures in place to protect the wellbeing of every passenger throughout their journey.

Our commitment also extends to creating an inclusive and respectful environment where all individuals feel valued. Through continuous evaluation and improvement of our operations, we aim to maintain the highest standards in educational transport services.

All our crew members are fully DBS-checked and trained in PATS (Passenger Assistant Training Scheme) and First Aid at Work. Additionally, they have completed Child Safeguarding training, ensuring our services meet the highest standards of safety and care.

We also have a team of dedicated and well-trained controllers available 24 hours a day to assist with any transport-related matters.
